I finally got my Gi and Chokken for Kenjutsu, Helmet not yet... maybe this Saturday... and my mum made me a new swordbag... :)
Results for my exams will be out next week on 4th October, which is a Monday while I'll know if I passed and moved on to 4th Kyu in Aikido on 3rd October, which is this Sunday... I hope I didn't screw up both too much...
I didn't do myself much justice for Math... but I hope my other subjects will be able to help me get through....
Its currently the 2nd week of my 1 month holiday and my daily activities are still the same as the previous holidays... -.-|
How I wish for a much longer holiday....

Just had my 3rd Aikido grading today and it wasn't bad and it wasn't good either... :| My number (117) was called quite a few times on certain moves such as during Tsuki Kotegaeshi when I forgot to do the finishing lock... some my marks may have been taken away but at least I hadn't been called over the microphone... I just hope that at least I can pass the grading and move on to the next level...

It has been a long time since I last enjoyed the Lantern's Fesitival... the mooncakes, the sparklers... the lanterns, the atmosphere.... hopefully, the festivals next year will be a whole lot better...........

Just returned home from a 'wedding' dinner with my left little toe in blisters... -.-
I shouldn't have worn high heels...
The dinner was ok, but there will always be excepetions... but nonetheless it was rather enjoyable :)
At least I won today's Kenjutsu's competition :D getting 1st but then I may have offended my 1st opponent one way or another... she was showing me a black and emo face.....

The Semestral Exams are finally over :) and guess what ... my brother got a new psp... :D Now we don't have to ask our cousins to lend us one... now it's time to focus on this Saturday's competition and next Sunday's Aikido Grading... :|

Had my first ever official Kenjutsu grading today :)
The grading was somewhat fast and really easy and for beginners like me, I only had to do 5-strike kihon, partner kihon, moving kihon and sparring and when I saw what the seniors had to do, I realised that the gradings were actually rather simple, only 2 strikes using the choken, gaurd position, movements, partner kihon, moving kihon and sparring. In my own opinion, I think that the haredest part of the grading was actually sparring. The students from the other school were all so big sized and they deliver such hard hits, I got a headache after getting hit in the head several times.....
The equipment that I ordered had already arrived and Sensei James and Dave said that we would most probably be getting our Gi by next week.... So the things that I would now be focussing on would be my exams for next 2 weeks, the upcoming Kenjutsu competition.... my Aikido training and upcoming grading where I would be going for my brown belt.....
